During my time working with atw solutions, I have found the advice and support to be both informative and accurate. Their up-to-date knowledge and awareness of the ever-changing policies and procedures used and implemented by the DWP’s Access To Work scheme have been second to none, and have made the usual ordeal of liaising with the DWP much smoother and clearer. Colin in particular has always made and taken the time to listen to my concerns, offer explanations, and help me to outline the things I need to do in order to move forward. When recruiting for PA support, I cannot over estimate the importance of working with an agency that understands the needs and requirements of a person who is blind. Together, we have identified not just the practical skills required when carrying out such a role, but also the personal qualities, and experience that will take a candidate from being a good PA to a great PA. I have also found the admin support with the submitting of ATW claims, and the calculating of NI and other payroll-related paperwork to be fab.
